These mushrooms will be a great enhancement to any dish calling for mushrooms. They have a rich earthly flavor that is clean and savory. Use it all the same ways you use a white button without that slimy texture. We like to say if the sirloin is the white button the filet mignon is the blue oyster, much better flavor, much better texture.
