About 1 lb. of fresh mushrooms per bag prior to dehydrating the mushrooms

Ingredients: Royal Trumpet Mushrooms, coconut amino, brown sugar, garlic, apple cider vinegar, black pepper, garlic pepper, onion powder, garlic salt, salt, paprika, and seasonings.

Excellent taste, a bit too much pepper kick with coffee. I’ll try it with beer. I would like a milder option, please. Thank you!!

I have yet to receive this item

This was our first time trying mushroom jerky, and as avid “jerky purveyors”, we were a little skeptical. We were pleasantly surprised at how much is resembled traditional meat jerky in texture! Our favorite pieces are the thinner sections that are slightly more crispy, and you almost forget your eating something that isn’t even meat! Great product!

Excellent product!!! I really love it! can't wait to go to TX and try some of their other products.
