These mushrooms will be a great enhancement to any dish calling for mushrooms. They have a rich earthly flavor that is clean and savory. Use it all the same ways you use a white button without that slimy texture. We like to say if the sirloin is the white button the filet mignon is the blue oyster, much better flavor, much better texture.

My blue oyster are coming along beautifully! Unfortunately the lions mane got moldy. Not mine or company's fault. Due to high temps during shipping. Emailed them and Michael responded promptly and refunded my money for the lions mane. Will definitely do business with them again!

These are so fun! Our first kits are blue oyster and lions maine. The blue oyster took off in the time frame stated and grew very fast! We harvested and they were delicious! As stated, the lions maine takes longer to start but it is growing now. I look forward to cooking and tasting it!
