SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed. Orders placed over the weekend are sent out the following Monday unless a recognized Holiday interferes with carrier policies. Orders placed before 12 PM CDT typically ship same day. Orders placed after 12 PM CDT will be shipped the following day.

DELAYED OR MISSING ORDERS
Occasionally an order might get lost in transit. An order is considered lost if it has been in the postal system for 7 consecutive days without a tracking update. Although our carriers make successful deliveries the majority of the time, we cannot take responsibility for lost orders until the 15 days has passed and we can file a claim.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
If your package is returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address, you must pay all shipping costs to re-deliver the package to a correct address. We are not responsible for any lost orders if the incorrect address is provided at checkout.
