I switched to LoneStar mushrooms a few months ago and have been pleased with the product. This formulation appears to actually have what I am looking for in a mushroom supplement. The color and flavor indicate that the product actually contains the compounds that I'm looking for. The price is reasonable and I'm not bombarded with ads selling me additional products.
I am on my 2nd batch of Rest Complex and I have noticed a definite improvement on being able to fall asleep faster and sleep better through the night and even waking up before my alarm! I will definitely keep the Rest Complex as part of my wellness routine!
