Lion's mane mushrooms are one of the most unique-looking mushrooms that you can come across. The mushroom grows in clumps, with spines coming out of the clumps in spades, providing it with its characteristic shape.

Fruiting

**To ensure success, please start the fruiting process within 2 days of receiving your kit

Place your kit on a plate in your home that gets indirect sun. Do not remove the plastic bag. Cut where the black horizontal line is marked are on the plastic bag. Mist the outside of the kit where the cut was made with fresh water at least 3-4 times a day. 

Harvesting

Mushrooms can mature in 14-17 days. Remove the mushroom from the block by peeling it off. 

Storage

Store your mushrooms in the paper bag that comes with the kit in the refrigerator
