Lions mane

These take a bit longer to develop than the oyster mushrooms, but definitely worth the wait! Lions mane are my favorite, I make faux crab cakes with them. Like the oysters, the lions mane is super easy and fun to grow.

Awesome Lion's Mane shrooms

I was a bit concerned at first as both blocks didn't have as much mycelium on them as a block I grew from another company. Rest assured, they both blossomed quite beautifully
