How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at michael@lonestarmushrooms.com. Once your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your package back. Please note that items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at michael@lonestarmushrooms.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Once we receive your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at michael@lonestarmushrooms.com.
